Billy McHale's Welcomes SoCo LoCo is a community-based festival that celebrates the diversity and spirit of South Snohomish County. In its inaugural year, SoCo LoCo will include food and commercial booths, a children's area, three days of continuous live entertainment and a spectacular beer garden.
