The Lynnwood Idol talent search is a contest to promote amateur entertainers throughout South Snohomish County. Area residents are invited to join in on the fun as performers or audience members. Lynnwood Idol will provide participants with the opportunity to audition to perform at the inaugural Billy McHale's Welcomes SoCo LoCo festival and compete for cash prizes.
- Applications are due by 4 p.m. on Friday, July 28.
- Judges will select 10 finalists to advance to the festival.
- Final performances will take place on Sunday, Aug. 27.
- All performances must be no longer than 4:30 in length.
- Entries are limited to the first 60 applicants.
- A non-refundable $10 entry fee must accompany any application.
